We analyze market and sales data to develop recommendations on products, pricing, distribution and promotions. We continuously monitor sales performance and collaborate with multiple internal teams and external partners to effectively deliver on our goals.

We develop online marketing strategies that balance the company’s goals with the needs and preferences of our consumers. We operate in line with the regulations and guidelines of the tobacco industry, ensuring that our activities are effective, responsible and fully compliant

We analyze market data related to nicotine products and forecast upcoming trends. We don’t just produce analyses — we look ahead, building action scenarios that help the company make smart, well‑informed decisions. Our goal is to deliver insights and recommendations that support marketing planning and strategic decision‑making. This enables the company to respond flexibly to the evolving needs of consumers.

We develop strategies and action plans aimed at our trade partners, including retailers, wholesalers and other distribution‑related stakeholders. Our main goal is to support sales, increase product visibility and build strong, lasting relationships with our business partners.

Corporate Finance – we are responsible for managing the company’s finances and supporting strategic financial decisions. We develop long‑term financial plans and forecast sales, investment costs and profits. We prepare annual budgets, monitor their execution and control costs. We also safeguard the organisation’s capital and financial liquidity. In addition, we prepare and present financial reports — both at the group level and for regulatory bodies and shareholders.

Commercial Finance – we manage the finances related to the company’s marketing and sales activities. We create budgets and operational plans, analyse the profitability of products and sales channels, and support the development of pricing strategies. We assess the effectiveness of marketing and sales initiatives, providing insights that help drive smart business decisions.

Accounting and Tax – we oversee the company’s accounting and tax processes. We ensure accuracy and compliance of financial data, as well as adherence to applicable tax and accounting regulations. This allows the company to operate in line with legal requirements and make informed decisions based on reliable financial information.

Statutory Finance – our role is to ensure that all financial reports and documents comply with applicable laws. We prepare statutory financial statements that meet regulatory standards and serve as a transparent basis for communication with external institutions.

Talent – our goal is to attract, develop and support the best talent within the organisation. We create recruitment strategies and build the company’s image as an employer of choice. We make sure new employees feel well onboarded, and those already with us have access to training, clear development paths and opportunities to share feedback — for example, through engagement and satisfaction surveys.

HR Business Partnering – we’re here to support all employees by providing strategic HR guidance. We work closely with senior managers across departments to fully understand their goals and needs. We support people development, recruitment processes, talent management and organisational changes — all to help the company operate even better.

We handle all administrative matters related to employment, salaries and HR services. We manage payroll and HR systems to ensure everything operates smoothly and in full compliance with regulations. We collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless flow of information and data — we’re here to support employees and the organisation in their day‑to‑day operations.

We take care of our office and car fleet to ensure everything runs efficiently and creates a comfortable, productive environment. We are responsible for the infrastructure, tools and working conditions employees rely on every day. We work closely with multiple external suppliers and service providers. We are the hosts of the office and support everyone — regardless of their role or department.

Corporate Affairs – we oversee regulations, reputation and strategic communication. We implement public relations and public affairs strategies that support the company’s corporate agenda. Our team manages external communication, the promotion and protection of BAT Group’s image in Poland, as well as matters related to sustainability. We actively build relationships with key external stakeholders, including public and governmental institutions and the media.

We are responsible for driving innovation and product development across the company’s entire portfolio. We create and implement new technologies, applications and systems that support business growth. We work closely with other teams to deliver solutions tailored to their needs.

IT Team – we take care of the company’s entire technological and hardware infrastructure — from systems and processes to data security. We support employees in their daily work by ensuring that all tools function smoothly and by providing fast, reliable IT assistance.

Customer Advisors - we are responsible for selling products in our points of sale. We provide advice, answer questions and build strong relationships with our consumers.

Sales Representatives - we establish and maintain relationships with customers, working in line with established strategies and sales plans. Our goal is to grow the market and achieve shared objectives.

Key Account Managers - we work with strategic clients, deeply understand their needs and offer tailored solutions. We lead complex negotiations, support business development and ensure customer satisfaction.

Sales Managers - we lead teams of representatives and advisors, supporting them in reaching their targets. We focus on developing our people — through training, coaching and mentoring, we help them strengthen their sales skills, product knowledge and market understanding.

We work in teams such as Planning, Logistics, and Supply Chain.

We manage the entire supply chain — from logistics, inventory, and quality control to planning, customer service, analysis, and reporting. We ensure that our products are available in Poland and the Baltic countries, cooperating closely with factories and logistics operators.

In our CHIC company, the Warehouse and Packing departments are also part of the team.

We handle the organisation and management of importing products related to e‑cigarettes — such as devices, liquids and accessories. Our goal is to ensure that everything arrives on time, in full compliance with customs procedures, while maintaining strong, high‑quality relationships with our international suppliers.
