British American Tobacco Polska was the first international tobacco company in Poland to have introduced a direct sales model. Direct sales to retail outlets is a proven way of distributing various product categories (drinks, sweets, etc.) in many countries.
Our products are delivered and sold on behalf of and for British American Tobacco by our Sales Representatives, directly to a specific group of independent outlets and retail chains. At the same time, a range of our tobacco products is also available in the wholesale channel.

We also value proactive attitudes and taking the initiative to seek and acquire new customers.
We are looking for candidates with experience in direct sales, preferably in the FMCG sector, or people who want to gain new experience and join an international company.
Our Representative should have a skill for making professional contacts, be positive and committed, and have an enthusiastic attitude to their tasks.
We require a minimum of secondary education, category B driving licence, and experience in driving a van of up to 3.5 tonnes will be an advantage.
